Panasonic VIERA TC-P50GT30 50-Inch 1080p 3D Plasma HDTV

I’ve been holding pass writing a review of this television, waiting and hoping that Panasonic would address the fluctuating brightness issue…they experience and the results are superb: fluctuating brightness is a thing of the past. I bought the posed back in May knowing it could get the issue…mine turned out to be a mild case, one that rarely reared its head, merely yet a nit to option on my brand young set.

I read whole almost the troubles on high def junkies, TC-P50GT30 a forum devoted to dwelling theatre enthusiast. I watched the story develop over the months as Panasonic learned it received a trouble to kind away and created a resolution that worked. (The ribbon is good reading, and thank immortal a Panasonic engineer is an active member, otherwise this may not receive been fixed as apace or eventide at all.)

In my case, (There are two different solutions.) a 3rd party tech. swapped the A-board on my set. Conveyed nearly ten seconds whole told. I was organized for a before and after comparison…I had a panorama from a Battlestar Galactica episode cued up because it illustrated the fluctuations. With the young A-board, the fluctuations vanished. I received the make done early last hebdomad and get scoured movies known to make FB’s and have felt absolutely none. Good job Panasonic. (I understand the cook is instantly incorporated at the factory on newer make dates…mine received an April build date. If you get7 an older model, merely shout the Concierge service and they’ll have aid of you.)

As for the set, I’m wholly pleased. It has a killer picture quality, cryptic dark blacks, fantabulous fine detail, lag loose gaming, nice motion handling, decently online apps with an included tuner dongle and a superior build quality to peak it off…absolutely foremost rate.
